Even though you have safely captured everything you are working on into the system, the Foresight Today window only shows the next couple of actions - as well as anything due today or overdue - allowing you to focus on getting the right things done and not having to worry about all the rest.

When you do "need the rest," you know where to find it:

• Link Files to your projects for quick and easy reference.
• Link E-Mails to your projects for quick and easy retrieval.
• Use Microsoft Outlook's search abilities to find the information you need quickly and easily.
